We’ve used Instagram & Tiktiok as main platforms for this campaign because it allows to interact with the community more easily.. The influencer has involves its community which will lead to more traffic to the the website of Page Personnel.
The main criteria was to have influencers only based and living in Antwerp. The second important point was to have influencers who give importance about their careers, who were young graduates and wanted to find their dream jobs!
The most trending format that allows to easily consume the content and receive a message within few seconds.
The Instagram posts were used to propose a creative content to highlight the brand and to engage followers in the comment section.
Influencers used the poll features on their stories to ask their followers what career-related questions they wanted the influencer to ask the expert when they came to the Page office.

The goal of the campaign (brand awareness) was achieved by reaching 37 727 unique viewers. The influencer audiences loved the content.
The contents proposed by our 3 influencers were very qualitative.
They informed their followers about their career choices, they informed about Page's expertise and advice on their resumes and their dream jobs.
Inﬂuencer content was very authentic and of high quality. The view rate of stories (27,8%) is nearly 2x higher than the global average (7,2%).
The campaign recorded an engagement rate of 5,6% which is higher than the average (2.52% for governmental campaigns)

How was the campaign organized?
The influencers went to the offices of Page (Antwerp and Brussels), the experts gave advice on their CV, how to conduct an interview, they saw together the salary negotiation and everything else on how to find your dream job
Our influencers, were young graduate, they were on the market, and they didn’t not learn about negotiations. They didn't know the skills that they needed for apply. That's why they went to the Page offices to find out what the experts had to say to help them start a career.
